This company, while very large, operates various business units with a smaller company feel. So you get the big company support but still have flexibility with work schedules, projects, etc. like a small company.

Cons

None - At the end of the day, as a consultant, your boss is the client.

Pros

A lot of really nice people at the Tampa office and in the field services division here in Florida. Company treats you like a human. Travel is required, but hours may be flexible. Relaxed working environment. Can move up with time.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like the risk vs reward is not quite there, especially over the summer months. Field Tech pay needs to catch up to current inflation rates here in FL. Landfills are full of nasty stuff so wear your PPE!
