SCS has the most organized onboarding process I've ever seen. They are committed to training and building strong teams and working relationships.

Cons

None at this time. No company is perfect, but this one seems to want to get ahead of any issues that may arise, including safety and education related.

Great company overall. Feels close-nit despite approaching 1,000 employees. Benefits are great and the ESOP stock is a very unique and substantial extra form of compensation.

Cons

Very flat and decentralized leadership structure for better or worse, makes upward mobility difficult.

Travel, overtime, and the work wasn't awful. Trash is trash so once you're accustomed to the smell there isn't much worse.

Cons

Difficult to move up, they tell you that you can be promoted when you're ready but will drag it on year after year.
