Nice, clean office. Knowledgeable staff. Decent office hours (when not expected to work after hours for FREE) and Holiday schedule. Fair benefit package.

Cons

Extremely passive aggressive atmosphere. Hourly staff (in certain positions) take advantage of the lack of supervision through time card fraud. No accountability. No room for growth. No training provided. No consistent breaks or coverage for hourly employees. No incentive program for hourly employees. Blatant favoritism. Sexual harassment. HIGH staff turnover.

I have been at SCS only a few months, and so far, so great! In this short time, I've had a great mix of field work and office work. I love the accessibility of senior professionals to junior level staff. In addition, advancement opportunities are already present. This is the company I hope to retire from.

Cons

Well, there is a lot of work. I don't know if that is really a con because the opposite of a lot of work in our field is lay offs.
