The staff are a mix of knowledge-leaders and creative, smart engineers that work hard to make their projects successful. The staff walk the talk too. If you're willing to commit yourself to being the best, this is the place to be. Very friendly, professional atmosphere and culture. Knowledge and experience blended with new technologies and new solutions.

Cons

If you are not willing to give 110%, don't work with self-starters and over-achievers.

Pros

Not many companies out there believe all employees should share in the success of the company. This one does. I wish more companies would have the same attitude. They do great work and have a sense of family.

Cons

Hmm...Can't really think of one because overall the benefits were really good. I guess I could complain that they don't pay 100% medical, but again, being employee-owned made up for that.
