Thank you for leaving a review. We would have to agree that our 401k match is great and something we're very proud of. Regarding employee growth, HR and SCS managers encourage professional development, promotions, and internal applicants for new roles. It’s important to us that we help build our current employees and encourage them to grow with our quickly expanding company. Performance evaluations happen at least annually and consistent compensation reviews are one of Human Resources top priorities this year. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review.

There is little room for growth at SCS Global Services. Employees are largely overworked, with little regard for their morale. Turnover is significant an frequent because of these conditions.
