Pros

Passionate colleagues, flexible working hours, bosses encourage work life balance. Low turnover (in my team), so there is opportunity to learn from seniors. Benefits have been improving as the company is growing quickly.

Cons

Work can get busy (as always), not much interaction outside of your own team.

Great Location, beautiful building— that it!

Cons

Simply put— truly lacks diversity. No “real” concern with anyone that doesn’t agree completely with leadership. Diversity and Inclusion( I would give a ZERO but grade scale won’t allow it).
