Pros

Work culture is flexible, allowing for good work-life balance. People generally seem to enjoy working at SCS, and there is a good sense of community which is hard to do for a fully remote company. Just launched an ESOP Program!

Cons

SCS has experienced a lot of growth in recent years, as a result there are much need improvements to modernize IT systems, HR, and other support services for employees.
