      The teams at SCS are great and are full of young, smart and passionate individuals. All the programs do interesting and engaging work. Your work there will be meaningful and impact.

      Cons

      The environment of the company is really hit or miss and largely depends on the quality of your manager.

      Pros

      There are some amazing and dedicated people who work there. Retirement plan is excellent with yearly bonuses.

      Cons

      There is little structure. Executive leadership constantly changes its mind about company priorities, depending on the department you're in, so you often work on initiatives that go nowhere. Very little transparency about changes within the company--you always hear about things through rumors. There is also high turnover so there is not much stability or room for growth.
