Passionate colleagues, flexible working hours, bosses encourage work life balance. Low turnover (in my team), so there is opportunity to learn from seniors. Benefits have been improving as the company is growing quickly.

Cons

Work can get busy (as always), not much interaction outside of your own team.

Innovative. Great people and team mentality. Meaningful work. Everyone here cares about what they do and therefore are that much more thoughtful about each project. Flexible hours. The application and onboarding process were really smooth. It was super straight forward, and honestly pretty calm. It was really nice when so many people wanted to meet me (the new hire) in my first week and not just let me go in floundering, especially while being online.

Cons

A bit unorganized. Not necessarily a con, but the company is pretty small for the amount of work we do or want to do.
