      Pros

      Great mission, great team, and the company has come a LONG way (in the right direction) in the last 10 years. I work in sales & marketing, which I find to be pretty low stress given that a sale means a brand you probably recognize is working to improve its current social or environmental impact.

      Cons

      You'll not get rich working at SCS, but it is certainly possible to earn a decent living, even in the Bay Area. That said, many positions are now fully remote, meaning that salaries are very good depending on where you're based.
