Worst Company of my career

Pros

This company has a great mission, overall, its tries to have a great environmental impact. Good benefits, like medical, profit sharing. Its also in a good location.

Cons

Treats its employees terribly! I've seen lots of people come and go, working themselves to death! I know one guy that hasn't had an annual review for over 2 years. SCS Global takes advantage of the market place, where environmentalist are a dime on dozen. Your replaceable! So expect to be worked almost to death. I've seen some fairly unethical behavior coming from this company. Which is ironic because its something they generally audit other companies for. Underpays all employees by at least 30%, don't expect a raise!

Pros

Great group of passionate people. Fair and balanced work load. Establishing great leadership that is on top of things and will drive productivity. Scheduling flexibility. The real deal as far as their goals. Transparency - they practice what they preach.

Cons

Technology needs to be updated but that is in the works. The office itself is drab and old. Not inspiring. Lack of resources cause work overlap.

Lack of clear business strategy or accountability, heavy work load for some employees, and outdated IT systems, cause inconsistent execution and dissatisfaction among clients and employees.
