Toxic managers gave me trouble!

Pros

I'd be lying if I said there were any pros here, because my experience had been nothing but terrible! Toxic work culture, awful pay, horrible work-life balance, etc.

Cons

I hated working at SDM because of the terrible work conditions, but what gave me the most headaches were the horrible managers! Most of them were hostile, demanding, unprofessional, and petty. They couldn't care less about employees' well-being and often made unreasonable demands. They also yelled at anyone who displeased them for any reason, even if it was totally unrelated to work. I couldn't handle working under such abusive clowns, so I left!

work-life balance exceptional training programs great working with bosses provide assistance for personal growth great experience while working and studying in school

Cons

less hours when its not busy should provide better pay for reps who work hard supervisors need to work with reps on daily basis more benefits package to those who work partite basis provide better training to new reps
