Pros

Now that there has been a huge change in the laboratory (management, procedures, etc), it's been a blessing to work here. We've always had a company picnic, Christmas banquet, and other little things here and there that make it a pleasure to work here. Great benefits, vacation, sick days, etc.

Cons

If you don't like overtime, job duties in the laboratory aren't for you.

Pros

SD Myers "walks the walk" when it comes to practicing their generous values. The top-down approach to Servant Leadership and Employee development easily explains the extensive list of long-tenured employees.

Cons

I have yet to find any.
