Pros

Good Place Holdings/SDMyers is a workplace that really exemplifies care for its employees. The culture is supportive, there are great growth, training and development opportunities, and the benefits are fantastic. It is truly a company that values people over profits going above and beyond to serve its customers and its team members. Work/life balance is a priority.

Cons

No real cons to speak of. Some teams operate pretty lean so navigating busy season can be challenging with time off for vacations, etc., but that's where our culture really shines and folks step in to help out.

Pros

SDMI does a really good job at providing a supportive environment for its employees. There are great benefits packages, and fair company holidays as well as time off accrual. When you perform to expectations, you will not be neglected!

Cons

There were some unclear objectives placed on me for the time I was there. I needed to be working on my sole responsibility more than I was given the chance to.
