I consider Good Place Holdings / SDMyers a great company that is family oriented, with friendly and caring co-workers. They promote a work/family balance and an open door policy at all levels in the organization.

Pros

Good Place Holdings/SDMyers is a workplace that really exemplifies care for its employees. The culture is supportive, there are great growth, training and development opportunities, and the benefits are fantastic. It is truly a company that values people over profits going above and beyond to serve its customers and its team members. Work/life balance is a priority.

Cons

No real cons to speak of. Some teams operate pretty lean so navigating busy season can be challenging with time off for vacations, etc., but that's where our culture really shines and folks step in to help out.
