Pros

I have found the employees that make up SDMyers to be real, down-to-earth, mission minded folks that make going to work a pleasure rather than drudgery.

Cons

Smaller companies can turn on a dime so be ready to change directions quickly if needed.

Pros

-Great Compensation for most roles -Supportive management and senior Leadership -A great mission -Interesting industry -Amazing Healthcare Benefits

Cons

-The company is growing and opening up other locations throughout the US. With that, comes growing pains. The organization is not perfect but they sure do make sure to strive for it. -The company is very open and honest about their business principles being rooted in the bible. That may not be for everyone. However, I've personally never felt that it was an agenda that was forced on me or that I had to be a church-goer, believer, etc. -Some departments are very short staffed right now.
