Great Company just a bad time for me.

Pros

Easy job and you get to get out of your comfort zone. The staff there are all great. I had problems at the end of my time there that severely affected my work and they helped me more than they know. I hope to get another opportunity someday.

Cons

It's a lot of travel so maybe not for a family man.

Mostly manage your own time and schedule

Cons

Expectations, duties, risk, and responsibilities far exceed compensation level. Even more so since inflation has way outpaced compensation increases.

Pay if you are an hourly worker with no involvement in the strategic part of the business. and Cheap healthcare,

There are a lot of Ex-Sdmyers employees who commiserate quite often amongst each about the horrible treatment they suffered at the hands of this company. I had so me very peculiar conversations myself with President and CEO, Dale Bissonette. If you are considering working here or simply want to corroborate this review I urge you to seek out ex employees of SDMyers on LinkedIn. Reach out to them independently and ask them about their experience with this company. Please proceed with caution if you are considering working here.
