Pros

I always considered S.D.Myers a very good company to work for. Outstanding ethics, they promote work/family, VERY low turnover, room for advancement if you apply yourself, open to new ideas, willing to listen to difference of opinions as long as they are thought out and sincere and an open door policy to the company President.

Cons

Honestly, none come to mind. S.D.Myers is a conservative organization where they are not afraid to explain the Christian values and belief system behind their many years of success. While I am certain they would not discriminate against any employee of a different religion background; their belief system could possibly be uncomfortable for those without personal convictions or with a “loose” moral compass.
