Current Employee Review

Pros

Now that there has been a huge change in the laboratory (management, procedures, etc), it's been a blessing to work here. We've always had a company picnic, Christmas banquet, and other little things here and there that make it a pleasure to work here. Great benefits, vacation, sick days, etc.

Cons

If you don't like overtime, job duties in the laboratory aren't for you.

Unaccepting Culture - not a good place

Pros

good benefits but comparable to most companies

Cons

Unfortunately I have watched this Leadership team destroy employee's careers and hurt so many lives - they certainly don't practice what they preach. A very unaccepting culture - you must say, think and do as the leadership team believes or you are an "outcast". They do not allow for independent thinkers. The leadership turnover is extremely high and a culture that I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Pros

Fun coworkers. Some flexibility with schedule.

Cons

Some recent promotions are shady. Supervisors in a relationships with others that don’t seem appropriate. Stagnant wages. Poor communication on work policy changes.
