Knowledgeable coworkers and management. Priority on getting the job done and done well. Excellent union representation (NTEU). Very flexible work arrangements including telework. Financial regulators paid better than other government employees. 8% 401k matching.

Cons

Horrible IT department that is unresponsive to requests unless your boss starts hounding them. Fortunately, bosses know this and are happy to hound IT.
