Relatively small, great employees. The best thing about the company is it's people.

Moved from department to department in leadership roles to fix their problems. This allowed me to learn so much more than I would have had I been stuck in a single department.

Cons

Way too much internal politics. Whoever gets the C-level Exec's ear gets their agenda launched was protected even through their incompetance. Ergo, why I was brought into their various departments to clean them up.
