OK company to work for but could be better.

Pros

Management is very progressive and aggressive in their industry. Management makes good decisions regarding the business direction of the company and how to appeal to customers and potential customers.

Cons

Management often makes questionable decisions regarding putting people in management positions. Management also says they care about the people but doesn't do enough for them. Pay is lower than industry (though they claim otherwise). Work-life balance is up to the individual to enforce.

I think it is the nature of their business (look into that). The smallest incident escalates rapidly. Lots of shouting.

Ok job for field service technician

very little micro-management, my manager was extremely easy to work with, I was allowed to maintain my own schedule, decent benefits

Cons

little advancement opportunity once a field tech reaches a certain level, raises were small compared to my previous experiences with other companies
