If you're a free spirit, courageous and striving to make an impact, join us. You'll be given the freedom and resources to succeed. Working at Novus feels like everyone owns their own business. We also allow for internal mobility. If you're an engineer and discover a passion to interact with clients, you'll be given the opportunity. Similarly, if you developed a passion for coding while handling client requests, you'll be given the opportunity to explore engineering and computer science.

Cons

At times it's getting tough to balance everything that's going on, I'll admit it.

Pros

As a relatively new employee at Novus, my experience has been incredibly rewarding. I am surrounded by motivated, exceptional and intellectually-stimulating individuals. This is largely due to the thorough and personalized recruiting process. Apart from seeking qualified individuals, the talent/management team truly take initiative to discover both top-notch and well-rounded talent. There is an outstanding sense of company culture, between the frequent social events, weekly one on one meetings, and open floor plan, there is a genuine sense of community. There is tremendous room for growth. I feel inspired on a daily basis to reach beyond my daily tasks and continuously find new avenues for growth. Already, at only two months in, my tasks have expanded immeasurably. This experience has allowed me to cultivate my skills in vaster ways, and discover new passions each day. Ultimately, Novus is a phenomenal place to learn, grow and develop supremely as a professional, and as an individual.

Cons

I genuinely have a shortage of negative things to say about Novus. I feel incredibly honored to have the opportunity to start my career post-college at such an innovative company where I am surrounded by positive like-minded individuals.
