Pay, Time off, benefits, free soda

Cons

Poor communication, outsourcing work to India, screaming at people is considered ok if you’ve been there long enough, overworked because they don’t want to pay extra people to give their staff breathing room

Co workers, knowledge and experience in the industry, health benefits

Cons

Not valued for contributions, management doesn’t care about or reward lower level employees, constantly doing much more than my position’s responsibilities without any recognition, owner seems to care much more about bottomline

Beware !!!the worst construction company ever...Higher management has favorites and does not recognize good workers whatsoever ... if your not in there click they have no problem on letting you go..regardless your qualifications and knowledge means nothing to them..
