SEMA Construction's work atmosphere I would describe as unique and set apart from any of my previous employers. From the largest construction companies in the Northern Hemisphere, to small and personal firms, it is my opinion that SEMA strives to maintain a positive environment, while still having the ability to keep hard working and self-driven employees. Fact is I don't think I've seen any company with employees that work as hard as they do while maintaining a non-toxic environment. SEMA is the best firm I've had the pleasure working with.

Cons

Chain of command seems broken sometimes, however maybe not as critical and is made up for with smart and self-driven employees that get the job done right.
