Pros

Great place to work and advance your career. SEMA is big enough to build some amazing ($100M+) infrastructure projects, but small enough that you can make a difference. You are not just a number.

Cons

SEMA doesn't yet have a presence in the Northeast, so if you live in New England you are out of luck
