Consistent guidance and support from management without being micromanaged

It's easy to feel a little bit siloed because this is a decently small company and there doesn't seem to be a lot of room for advancement

Pros

Sensory's employees are amazing! Smart, hard working, reliable, fun, and productive!

Cons

It wasn't Sensory's fault the the Samsung Note 7 exploded and that the Mars Polar Lander crashed...just a coincidence that we were in both. ;-)
