competitive salary, great benefits, friendly/helpful co-workers, and amazing young people we support

Cons

The office itself is very nice but the location could be better - it's on narrow street with no sunlight.

Pros

Good technology, individual teams are tight and strong, relatively well-resourced for a nonprofit. Strong benefits and PTO, with consistent (although small) salary increases

Cons

The organization doesn't really know what direction it's going in, and that's becoming more apparent post the Supreme Court affirmative action case. Organizational development needs tightening - there's no strategic plan (that I know of), no intranet, sporadic all-hands. Each individual team does good work, but at the moment the org has difficulty "rowing together".
