Pros

everyone is passionate about what they do. There is a relaxed culture with a lot of laughter and kind coworkers. Amazing medical benefits and other benefits as well are awesome. although, due to the organization's rapid growth, it feels like they really care about their employees are working to ensure the staff is heard and valued. The senior leadership truly cares about the staff and one can feel that. Is this a perfect place? no. But what job is? Overall, i am very happy here - the work life balance and culture is amazing.

sometime the org acts like they are still much smaller so they are adjusting to the growth rate
