Clear vision to directly impact access to education and career opportunities for underserved young people (from High School to young professionals).

Cons

The various programs are not really coordinated, impact could be greater if better coordinated across the various things SEO does.

Pros

I worked at SEO part time for more than a year. I can truly say that I enjoyed my experience. The mission of SEO is incredible and the people are even better. It was a great opportunity for me to gain experience and jump start my career. During my time I have seen them really grow as an organization. Lately they have made tremendous strides to improve the overall work environment and satisfaction of their employee's. They are headed in the right direction and I don't see a reason why anyone wouldn't want to work for this great organization.

Cons

Opportunities for growth can be challenging, but the amount of experience you get and people you meet make up for it.
