      The opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced startup atmosphere. The culture is inclusive, fostering tight-knit teams that encourage you to be your authentic self. Exposure to a worldwide organization allows for forming meaningful connections with exceptional colleagues and clients. Engaging in a niche industry offers the chance to do impactful work.

      Cons

      Rapid growth has led to operational challenges, including rounds of layoffs in a short period, affecting team morale and workload. Need for multitasking can be demanding. Some decisions around layoffs has impacted morale and put increasing pressure on remaining staff.

      Excellent product and coworkers, altought work-life balance and hiring methods might be better.

      Pros

      SEON's product is quite unique, and prospects have given it positive comments. Pay levels are above average, and there are two rises every year; I received a 25% boost in the last year. Wolt lunch credit, ThanksBen, Juno Journey, language learnings, and more perks are available. Also, the working atmosphere is adaptable.

      Cons

      The workload is heavy, which has an impact on work-life balance. Employees have become enraged as a result of the rapid hiring and layoffs. Certain departments have a cut-off culture, with many new hires being let go during their probationary period. Individuals with no startup experience may suffer.

      Fast growth scale-up with all of its pitfalls

      Pros

      The product is clearly world-class and way ahead of its competition. Salaries are above average levels and high-performers got over 35% raise over the last 12 months (at least in Budapest). Cool benefits like extra wellness, moving holidays, vision and dental care, management training etc. The product roadmap and company has a very defined vision.

      Cons

      Really high-expectations and heavy workloads. In the past the hiring bar wasn’t set high enough and given the growth, lot of people were laid off lately, which caused un-happinness and fear. Lot of inexperienced people were promoted as managers (who didn’t have any other jobs before) as most of them are failing. Many coworker has no idea how startups are working and showing high level of entitlement. WFH depends on the manager.
