Open floor plan can be distracting; friendly folks make it worthwhile.

Young and resilient team with get it done attitude. Top compensation package. Co-Founders strong drive and competency. A game-changer platform. Openness to new ideas and visible career paths for A-Players.

Cons

Not removing low performers fast enough. Some people resistance to change.

Pros

Exciting and dynamic environment, you'll own your own learning and development. Strong culture amongst peers. A sticky industry to build a career in. A very easy-to-sell API-based product.

Cons

Lack of organization and follow-through on all management levels. Toxic employee/manager relationships and working styles. Shady practices on pay, commissions, and performance measurement. Consistent lack of effective enablement and training.
