      Pros

      There are numerous challenges, which helps the company to grow and increase innovation. Feels like the growth trajectory and level of professionalism is at an all time high.

      Cons

      Lots of responsibilities, no paid overtime. Redundancies happened in the last 12 months.

      Amazing team, nice product

      Pros

      There is a good energy on-site, staff is kind and helpful. The culture is changing for the better, leadership is being upgraded (with more professionals) continuously with more clear vision and future goals. Leaders are transparent and open-minded. The product solves a real problem, and truly one of its kind.

      Cons

      Always changing benefit programs. Changes in leadership also create uncertainty in the interim periods. No full remote options (at least in most teams).

      Pros

      Great people: the team is comprised of talented individuals who are dedicated and supportive. They foster a positive and encouraging culture. Good pay: competitive salary, recognizing and rewarding your skills and contributions. Flexibility: great deal of flexibility provided in terms of work hours and tasks, fostering a sense of autonomy. Solid product: SEON offers a product that is competitive and solid in the market.

      Cons

      Typical startup issues: as is common with startups, there can be some instability and unpredictability in processes and workflows. Lots of change: changes are frequent, which can be a little overwhelming at times. This requires adaptability and resilience. High responsibility: SEON trusts hard-working individuals with more responsibilities, you may need to learn to set boundaries and say no to avoid overwork. Fast paced: the work pace is very fast, which might be challenging for some individuals.
