      Pros

      The company culture is great, we have tons of fun and laughs whilst of course working hard too. I absolutely love both my colleagues and our product too, which has amazing global potential.

      Cons

      The office is a bit crowded, but it's a massively growing team month by month - let this be our biggest problem:)

      - A strong focus on positive culture and core values. - Result oriented mindset throughout the company, everyone matters and therefore everyones work matters. - Team spirit is strongly encouraged, resulting in a super open and transparent environment. - A lot of room for growth (personally and career wise), as the company is going through an upscale stage. All ears are open to innovation when it comes to implementing frameworks and new ideas.

      Cons

      - As the company is going through a rapid growth path, focus of ongoing projects can sometimes get shifted or replanned. This requires adaptation and flexibility. - No specific cons.
