Bottom up approach, everybody has a voice, great company mission. You get to work on a meaningful product with highly talented and good people.

Cons

Office location in the city center of Budapest which is great if you live in the center but not so great for commuters. There is no parking space.

Pros

The onboarding process was extremely smooth and well-structured. From day one all of my colleagues were helpful and approachable, and all my questions were answered clearly. I really appreciate the international environment, where you can learn something new every single day. The office and the benefits are excellent, and it creates a comfortable and motivating atmosphere. For anyone who enjoys personal development and is not afraid of learning, this is and ideal place to work.

Cons

The learning curve at the beginning can be fast-paced, especially for those new to the field. However, with all the learning materials and support provided, this quickly becomes manageable.
