You meet some cool people to network with sometimes.

Cons

The company is all based on who you know and how many contracts that you happen to survive. They are totally unorganized and do not care for their employees. They do not give out raises either.

Good place to help people in need. Some people have been there for a long time. Rarely do the fire people.

Cons

The company leadership has been around too long. They look down on people and treat them as if they are beneath them. Low pay for a lot of work.
