      The benefits are great and compensation seems to fit industry.

      Cons

      Management is the same people that have been around the company for a long time, so change can be slow. Company culture and work-life balance has suffered greatly since moving to the hybrid remote model. Heavy workloads and a growing business means late nights and frequent weekends for some teams.

      SFM is a working to accommodate the needs of their employees as we move into a "new normal". We are implementing a Hybrid work environment, which will offer the flexibility people are seeking. HR Dept.
