- Poor management - Treat employees like slaves - No benefits to the employees other than the very low salary which is given only after 6th of a month. (Compared to any other organization) - Inefficient HR department - Low salary - No promotion - Poor work life balance. - No work culture - Even the earned leaves couldn't be cashed on resignation.
