      Positive and collaborative atmosphere. Rapid response to market demands. Empowered employees and management. Talented and passionate upper and middle management.

      Cons

      Pace and tempo is too fast at times. Resistance to change evident within several departments. Brand is weak compared to several competitors in space.

      Pros

      - People were generally polite and usually friendly - Facilities were well-kept and air-conditioned - Shop floor was relatively quiet - Permitted to listen to music while working

      Cons

      - Shift work (1st shift started at 6 am) - Usually didn't know when each day would be over until after lunchtime - Also didn't know if we had to work on the following Saturday until the end of the day on Friday - Temporary workers are pretty much kept in the dark (expected to just do your job and not ask questions) - Location is kind of isolated, no restaurants within walking distance that I could reach in the half hour that was allotted for lunch
