A lot of room to grow!

Pros

Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Management is always watching for new talent and willing to give anyone a chance. They prefer to promote within and will provide plenty of on the job training.

Cons

There are a lot of people to work with, and it's a pretty large place. It can be difficult to remember what everyone does, or where to find someone. Also, since they pride themselves on being a "family company" it can be a little difficult for outsiders to come in and not feel left out or awkward.
