None at the moment, it's a disaster of a company

Cons

Managment is closing the Broadview facility and so far nothing about their "plan" is working. They don't have answers for employees and just expect us to go work in Wheeling which is quite a distance further for most people. Management has no credibility when it comes to employees and they do not offer any room for internal advancement. Union employees get away with whatever they want and salaried employees can expect to never see a raise.
