If you're looking to be ignored and be known as a number, this is your place to work! Management has no idea what they're doing and treat their employees as mere numbers. They won't trust their employees and hold on to old vertical structure of power inside the company which makes it nearly impossible to develop a career for yourself, specially when what matters most to the management is how friends you are and your religion (or your allegiance to theirs)
