Dirty, some of the equipment is very old

Pain and simple, no respect as an employee. Favorability between certain employees is commonplace. While there is no micromanagement, there is however, little management (bad employees are not disciplined). Quality of work is laughable at best, with non-conforming parts common (and again, no disciplinary actions taken). You WILL work multiple jobs not hired in for, with no raise. Room for growth is negligent. Company relies on defective software regarding recording employee work times; always consisting of paychecks not being accurate (employer refused to correct this issue; reason for voluntary termination).
