Pros
Good bond with colleagues as they are the only one who knows the suffering.
Cons
The worse place to work. Only thing they care about is work and more work and then the rest of the work. If you be dying, they will ask you for work. As a human you don't count, you ll be a number and your wellbeing, you or your family doesn't matter. I'll prefer to live under a tree and survive on grass than work for these people.
