Pros

The boss was really nice

Cons

No schedule because you work off trains. There was a coworker who seemed to be a mild psychopath. The manager seemed to know this particular employee wasn’t trustworthy but they were available to work whenever so they tolerated other more senior employees struggled to get along with her.

Big, global company, that makes you feel you're part of something bigger than you.

Cons

(Personal experience) Our division broke off from SGS, and was acquired by a different company. Wasn't my choice to leave.
