Pros
Advice from a friend, "A good place to start a career" While I was there management was often easy going and nice but occasionally played favorites. Insurance was ok. Sometimes plenty of down time. Work was easy. Management and my team was super helpful.
Cons
"A good place to start a career," not a place to stay long term though. Management played favorites and it that made somethings unfair. Pay raises were awful. Pay was not competitive. Insurance was expensive. No HSA. Employee turnover was a very common sight.
