Pros

-> Benefits on starting -> Daytime hours -> Flexible start and end times -> Monday to Friday hours -> Optional overtime

Cons

-> The supervisor could not communicate effectively. She did not speak English well and would not understand clearly spoken statements, -> Training was all over the place. There was no clear goal for why I was hired -> I was not given a place in the department; only to fill in when people were away -> Many days where I would sit around doing nothing, all or most of the day -> No clear role for me in the team.
