Pay, as stated earlier. No work/life balance. Expect you to break your back and do everything only to told it means nothing at the end of the year. Don't ever expect a raise as they will tell you that there is not enough money. I dealt with my P&Ls every month so I knew that was not the case. They will lowball and get offended when you question how they got that number. All the upper management gets overpaid and throws peanuts to everyone else.

pay could be better. after a year still not much raise. Good Tech leaves after a year or two. You have to train new people all over again.
