Pros

Lots of guidance from the Group. Lots of training with help readily available.

Cons

Pushing more on bottom line that turn the company into not a pleasant place to work in; too cost conscious & staffs overwork

Pros

Great opportunity to explore various divisions and industry exposures Well know on the market and seen as THE experts in their fields good people focus

Cons

surprisingly low degree of standardisation around basic corporate functions (Finance, HR, Orga, IT). IT infrastructure is very aged and would ramp up the services levels if there would be a better system supported workflow infrastructure in place (Report writing automation, sample tracking etc). still very manual. Salary is not industry leading and a bit behind
