      Pros

      i have been travelling all around the world implementing the oracle e business suite. Great boss and a lot of intrapreneurship in the company a lot of opportunities to grow

      well hard to tell. there is not really cons. i d just say that besides the head office in Switzeraland offices are usually in remote areas.

      Senior managers need to be actively involved with and listen to their direct reports and recognise where their assistance is required. There's a lot of lip service from inadequately qualified managers.
